Job Description
Seeking an OB/GYN Physician to provide comprehensive primary and urgent care to a diverse patient population under supervision.
Lead patient exams, develop treatment plans, and perform telehealth visits ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care. Manage patient histories, coordinate tests, and monitor treatment outcomes while educating patients on health promotion and prevention. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, maintain accurate records, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Supervise clinical staff, foster effective communication, and promote teamwork and community engagement. Handle administrative duties including documentation, referrals, and medication management, while practicing cost-effective medicine. Qualifications: Valid California medical license, board certification in OB/GYN, DEA registration, and experience in diverse clinical settings preferred. Bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus.
Compensation & Benefits: $275,000-$290,000/year, with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development.
