Job Description

Seeking a compassionate, Spanish-speaking *Part-Time Pediatrician* to deliver high-quality primary care in a community health setting in Long Beach, CA.

Provide comprehensive pediatric services, including well-child exams, immunizations, and developmental screenings.

Diagnose and treat pediatric conditions, develop treatment plans, and educate families on health topics.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and maintain accurate EHR documentation.

Support quality improvement, clinical oversight, and adherence to regulations.

Work onsite every other Saturday to enhance patient access.

Qualifications: Medical degree, CA license, board certification or eligibility in pediatrics, BLS/PALS, and Spanish fluency. Preferred experience with multicultural populations and community health models.

Compensation & Benefits: $125-$145/hr, 16-24 hrs/week, with health insurance, 403(b), loan repayment, and paid time off. In-person position focused on improving children’s health outcomes.
