The Lead Physician for Rural Primary Care Services oversees high-quality healthcare delivery at rural clinics, ensuring clinical guidelines, risk management, and provider supervision.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating patients, supervising providers, onboarding new staff, and leading rural health training initiatives.

Leadership duties involve ensuring provider competency, conducting evaluations, managing clinical risks, and collaborating on quality improvement projects and health IT innovations.

Qualifications require a Board-certified MD/DO with California licensure, DEA, and experience in primary care; management and NCQA PCMH experience are preferred.
