Job Description

We are seeking a Physiatrist (PM&R) to provide outpatient rehabilitation for patients with musculoskeletal, neuro, and chronic pain conditions.

The role includes

  • Managing non-surgical treatment plans,
  • Performing functional and impairment evaluations,
  • Collaborating with therapy and behavioral health teams,
  • Tracking progress and documenting in compliance with standards.

    Candidates should be

  • Board-Certified or Eligible in PM&R,
  • Hold an active California medical license,
  • Experienced in musculoskeletal/neurorehabilitation,
  • Possess excellent communication and documentation skills,
  • And have a patient-first approach focused on functional outcomes.
