Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Physiatrist to join our outpatient team in Middletown, NY.

  • Provide comprehensive non-surgical musculoskeletal, neurological, and rehabilitative care, including EMG studies and procedures.

  • Perform clinical evaluations, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with physical therapy and other specialists.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in multidisciplinary meetings and quality initiatives.

  • Qualifications include MD/DO degree, Board Certification or Eligibility in PM&R, active NY license, and outpatient experience.
