Job Description

Established health care center in Philadelphia seeking a permanent, board-certified Physician (Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med/Peds) to provide primary care within the North Philadelphia community.

  • Provide direct patient care for a panel of established patients, emphasizing wellness and chronic disease management.
  • Ensure continuity of care, participate in after-hours rotations, and mentor learners.
  • Maintain all insurance, quality, and internal metrics for your panel.
  • Work in a community-focused setting with experience in inner-city healthcare preferred.
