As an NP, you will
collaborate with patients and multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized treatment plans conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatments based on evidence-based guidelines create weekly rounding schedules for facilities maintain accurate medical records. Must be a Certified Nurse Practitioner with excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to travel within a 12-20 mile radius.
Work environment includes
day shifts, in-person work, and a flexible Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 am–4:30 pm). This role offers a rewarding opportunity to provide specialized care in a fast-paced setting.
