Job Description

We are seeking a family medicine or internal medicine MD/DO for a full-time primary care role in Jasper, TX.

You will serve as the onsite lead clinician in a practice with 2 MDs and 5+ FNPs, providing in-person and telehealth care to a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities include clinical assessments, shared decision-making via in-office and telemedicine platforms, and activating patient-centered treatment plans with the care team.
