Emergency Medicine Physician – 1099 IC PRN or Full Time Available

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician to join as a 1099 independent contractor, working PRN or full-time shifts in a dynamic emergency care setting.

Provide rapid assessment and treatment of patients with acute illnesses and injuries

Perform physical exams, manage airway, trauma procedures, and acute pain

Utilize EMR systems like Epic for documentation

Coordinate discharge and follow-up care

Conduct diagnostic evaluations using imaging and labs

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while adhering to safety standards

Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements: Extensive emergency medicine experience, proficiency with EMRs, advanced procedures, and relevant certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS). Must have strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.

Details: Full-time, part-time, or contract roles; pay from $320/hour; benefits include malpractice insurance and travel reimbursement; work is in person.
