Job Description
Seeking an *Associate Therapist* for a private residential addiction treatment program with a starting salary of $80,000 per year.
Provide assessments, individual counseling, crisis intervention, addiction education, and group facilitation.
Conduct family contact and engagement, lead family program sessions, and support discharge planning.
Manage a caseload with weekly individual sessions, documentation, and care coordination across departments.
Collaborate with families, external providers, and referents, ensuring compliance with regulations and confidentiality.
Participate in treatment planning, record keeping, and provide clinical updates to team members.
Requires after-hours, weekend, and holiday availability, with understanding of dual diagnosis, 12-step models, and the medical disease approach.
Minimum qualifications include 2+ years of psychosocial and psychotherapeutic experience, dual diagnosis expertise, and relevant licensure (e.g., Clinical Social Work or MFT). Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more. This is an in-person, full-time role.
