This full-time position involves providing evidence-based, trauma-informed therapy and case management for residential youth and their families.
Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, documenting progress, facilitating family involvement, and coordinating aftercare. The role emphasizes adherence to policies, cultural competence, ongoing training, and collaboration with treatment teams, community partners, and court systems.
Qualifications require a Licensed Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related fields, with relevant experience and licensure in Michigan. The therapist will build strong relationships with clients, support their emotional and spiritual well-being, and participate in crisis intervention, trainings, and meetings.
Physical demands include lifting up to 100 pounds, and work involves occasional outdoor exposure. The role aims to serve children and families through compassionate, holistic care aligned with organizational mission and vision.
