**Overview:**
Support families and children by providing high-quality speech-language therapy services within a multidisciplinary team. Serve as a Primary or Secondary Service Provider, focusing on child development, family support, and coaching.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Adhere to organizational policies and regulations
– Build positive relationships with colleagues and families
– Promote community inclusion and independence for individuals with disabilities
– Safeguard confidentiality
– Use a coaching approach to support family and team members
– Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans
– Complete documentation for billing and regulatory compliance
– Assist with transitions and attend trainings
– Represent the organization positively in the community
**Qualifications:**
– Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current Wisconsin license
– Experience working with families and children with special needs (preferred)
– Valid Wisconsin driver’s license and personal vehicle
– Strong communication skills and sensitivity to family needs

– Full-time, hybrid schedule with varied hours
– Compensation up to $36/hour
