Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Clarksville, TN.

  • Assess and evaluate patients’ speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive needs in accordance with state regulations and the care plan.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams and physicians to develop and implement therapy plans.
  • Provide patient-centered treatment to improve communication and functional abilities.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and progress.

    • *Must have a current, unencumbered license, CCC-SLP certification, CPR, and reliable transportation.*
