Speech Language Pathologist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated, patient-focused Speech Therapist to join our pediatric therapy team.

We provide supervision pay and a caseload primarily of afterschool clients from Monday-Thursday, with minimal travel and a vanning program.

Responsibilities include:
• Addressing client performance to support engagement in meaningful activities
• Selecting and adapting treatment models and methods
• Conducting evaluations based on client needs
• Teaching and educating clients and caregivers
• Assessing environments and recommending adaptive equipment
• Tracking progress and documenting outcomes
• Regularly following up with clients

Requirements:
• Valid speech therapy license and master’s degree or higher
• Knowledge of speech therapy principles and evaluation tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing diverse patient personalities
• Proficiency with digital documentation
