Job Description

  • Provide assessment and counseling for individuals, couples, families, and groups, both in person and virtually.
  • Collaborate with other programs to deliver integrated behavioral health services.
  • Manage crisis interventions, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with clients and providers.
  • Demonstrate ethical practice, cultural competency, and advocacy.
  • Work under the supervision of the Clinical Director and perform additional duties as assigned.

  • Qualifications include a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling or Social Work, licensure in Nebraska, and trauma-informed experience preferred. Compensation ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 plus bonuses, with benefits such as health insurance, PTO, professional development, and retirement plans. The position is based in Kearney, NE, requiring in-person work, with flexible hours and full-time or part-time options.
