Job Description
We are seeking a full-time clinician to provide compassionate mental health therapy to individuals, families, and couples in our Asheville office and virtually.
Responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, developing tailored treatment plans, maintaining accurate documentation, collaborating with a team, diagnosing mental health conditions, and ensuring client confidentiality. Qualifications required are licensure in North Carolina (LCSW, LMFT, LMCH, or equivalent), experience with individual therapy (especially with children/teens), and strong interpersonal skills. Preferred training includes EMDR, Brain spotting, IFS, or ERP. We offer admin and billing support, a furnished office, EHR system, paid time off, CEU stipend, group supervision, marketing support, flexible schedule, and a supportive environment.
