Job Description

Seeking a Residential Counselor (Behavioral Care Specialist) 1st shift (7A-3:30P) at a Camden NJ facility, working with adolescents.
Earn $24.50/hr with full benefits, including 401(k), health insurance, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and employee discounts.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, valid driver’s license, at least 1 year of direct youth care experience, and physical ability to perform restraints.
Responsibilities include building therapeutic relationships, supervising daily routines, implementing behavior and treatment plans, facilitating activities, ensuring safety, and documenting progress.
Must pass background checks, maintain certifications (First Aid, CPR, Handle with Care), and participate in ongoing training.
