Job Description
Seeking motivated LCDC-I professionals for a full-time role with flexible hours, remote/tele-support options, and a rewarding environment.
Starting pay: $20.45/hour, with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and retirement.
Provide screening, assessment, and individualized treatment planning based on DSM-V and TDI criteria.
Deliver individual and group counseling, including process and psycho-educational groups, via virtual and telephonic methods.
Ensure timely documentation, case management, and service coordination per licensing standards.
Engage in community outreach to promote substance abuse prevention and represent the organization locally.
Require flexible hours, extensive paperwork, travel, and use of a personal vehicle (valid Texas driver’s license necessary).
Must have a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), pass the state licensing exam, and comply with supervision and ethical standards.
Position located in Big Spring, TX, with relocation required before start date.
