Seeking a Director of Social Services for a 16-bed inpatient psychiatric facility in Placerville, CA. The role involves managing the Social Services Department, overseeing casework, discharge planning, and coordinating with hospitals and community resources.

Responsibilities include staffing, policy development, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining quality care standards. The position requires a Master’s in Social Work, California licensure (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC), and at least 2 years of supervisory experience with mental health populations.

Compensation ranges from $92,815 to $115,000 annually, with full benefits, a sign-on bonus, and a Monday-Friday day shift.
