Job Description

Seeking a full-time licensed clinician to provide clinical care at a residential residence for adolescents aged 12-18 with serious emotional disturbances.

  • Responsibilities include coordinating treatment plans, facilitating team meetings, collaborating with community providers, conducting screenings, intake, discharge planning, documenting progress, and leading groups.
  • Some community work at family homes and partnership with family peer advocates required.
  • Must hold a valid NYS LMHP license (LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC), have a valid driver’s license, and pass background checks.
  • Work hours vary Monday-Friday, including day and evening shifts, with flexible scheduling.
