We are seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a primary care role in a rural outpatient setting. This position offers part-time or full-time hours, with responsibilities including conducting physical exams, diagnosing, ordering tests, prescribing medications, and documenting patient information. The provider will educate patients on health issues, promote preventative care, and coordinate referrals to specialists. Strong communication, critical thinking, and compassion are essential. Qualifications include an active Texas license, relevant certification, 2-4 years of primary care experience, and the ability to work with diverse age groups.
