Job Description

The Nursing Assistant provides compassionate personal care and support to residents in a nursing home setting, promoting their well-being and independence.

  • Attend to residents’ grooming, hygiene, nutrition, mobility, elimination, and safety needs based on individual care plans.
  • Assist residents with self-care and provide necessary care for those unable to care for themselves.
  • Follow infection control, sanitation, and safety standards in all tasks.
  • Build meaningful relationships to support residents’ psychosocial health.

    • Requirements include certification as a Nursing Assistant or equivalent, strong communication skills, compassion, and flexibility to work various shifts.

    Work is in person at a nursing home facility.
