Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our team in a coastal community.

Provide comprehensive care across all ages, including physical exams, health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment.

Develop personalized care plans and interpret diagnostic tests.

Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.

Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.

Requirements include an unrestricted Oregon NP license, DEA license, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.
