RN/Surgical Technician-Operating Room Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled RN or Certified Surgical Technician with leadership experience to oversee our office-based ophthalmic surgical suite in the Savoy-Champaign area.

Responsibilities include managing daily surgical operations, assisting during surgeries, ensuring safety and compliance, leading and training staff, coordinating schedules and equipment, and maintaining a patient-focused environment.

Requirements include an active RN or CST license, at least 3 years of OR experience (with 1+ year in leadership), strong sterile technique knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Ophthalmic surgery experience is a plus.
