Job Description

Seeking a Family Medicine Physician for a new growth position in Carrollton, VA, near the James River Bridge, serving a diverse patient population from pediatrics to geriatrics. The practice offers a collaborative, family-oriented environment with a low patient volume (18-24 daily) and no hospital responsibilities.

Benefits include up to $35,000 sign-on bonus, $65,000 loan repayment, $10,000 relocation, guaranteed base salary for two years, productivity bonuses, 35 paid days off, CME allowance, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications: U.S. residency completion, BC/BE in Family Medicine, experience in primary care, chronic disease management, and population health preferred.

Work schedule is M-F 8-5 with shared call (1 in 10 days), and in-office procedures are supported. The practice emphasizes teamwork, patient-centered care, and opportunities for telemedicine.
