Job Description
Our private wound care provider group is seeking a full-time, board certified or eligible physician with backgrounds in primary care, geriatrics, surgical, or emergency medicine to serve as Medical Director.
Training in wound care and hyperbaric medicine will be provided if needed. Candidates must have completed an accredited residency in their primary specialty and be board certified or eligible. Preferred experience in family medicine, internal medicine, or geriatrics. Position offers a salary range of $275,000 – $425,000, with benefits including 401(k), health/dental insurance, malpractice coverage, paid time off, parental leave, and relocation assistance. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, in Fort Smith, AR, with relocation required before starting. Certification requirements include a 40-hour hyperbaric oxygen therapy course and wound care certification, both required upon contract signing.
