Seeking an active inpatient/outpatient psychiatrist dedicated to adult mental health care in Bakersfield.
Work alongside a team of board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrists in a collaborative, supportive environment. Provide inpatient care for ages 13+ (4 hours/day, Monday to Friday) with shared workload and no weekend calls; optional weekend calls available for extra pay. Offer flexible outpatient scheduling (ages 13+, 20 hours weekly, hybrid schedule). Enjoy a full-time, contract position with a competitive annual salary starting at $550,000, plus a $20,000 sign-on bonus.
