Seeking full-time and part-time physicians (Internists, Physiatrists, Hospitalists, or Geriatricians) for in-person, on-site roles in Eugene, OR.

Position offers a salary of $200,000–$250,000 (up to $265,000 with bonuses), based on days worked, with most providers on a four-day schedule.

Specializing in post-hospitalization and geriatric care within skilled nursing facilities across Oregon and Washington, with over 13 years of experience.
