Job Description

The school is hiring a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) to serve as a vital link between home, school, and community, supporting students’ social, emotional, and behavioral well-being.

Provide direct counseling, crisis intervention, assessments, and behavioral strategies to students and families.

Connect families with community resources and coordinate with external agencies to ensure comprehensive support.

Participate in IEP and 504 meetings, advocate for students, and support students with disabilities.

Consult with staff, contribute to policy development, and deliver professional development on mental health topics.

The role aims to promote holistic student success through prevention, early intervention, and intensive support.

Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $65,000 annually, with benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, and paid time off. The position is full-time, requiring in-person work, and licensure is mandatory.
