Licensed Counselor, LCSW, LPC, LCPC or LSOTP

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-time Licensed Counselor (LCSW, LPC, LCPC, or LSOTP) for a high-end 48-bed residential facility serving youth aged 12-19.

Starting salary is $75,000, commensurate with experience and licensure. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k).

The role reports to the Clinical Director and COO and involves providing intensive therapeutic treatment in a structured milieu environment.

Qualifications include a 4-year degree, master’s in Counseling or related field, Illinois licensure, and preferably juvenile counseling experience. Technology proficiency is required.
