Overview
Support families and children by providing high-quality speech-language therapy within a multidisciplinary team. Serve as a primary or secondary service provider, focusing on child development and family support while promoting independence and community connection.

Responsibilities
– Adhere to mission, policies, and regulations
– Build positive relationships with staff and families
– Support community integration and client confidentiality
– Use a coaching approach to empower caregivers
– Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized plans
– Maintain accurate documentation and manage transitions
– Participate in training and promote a positive service image

Qualifications
– Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
– Wisconsin license
– Preferably 1 year of experience with children and families
– Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and cell phone required

– Up to $36/hour
