Job Description
We are seeking a Speech and Language Pathologist to provide assessments, therapy, and support for students aged 5-22 with severe behavioral and developmental needs.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and recommend AAC devices or strategies.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for speech, language, social communication, and feeding disorders.
- Collaborate with staff and families to support communication across environments and participate in IEP meetings.
- Integrate communication strategies into behavior plans and support crisis intervention efforts.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CA licensure, and experience with behavioral and developmental disabilities.
