As a clinician, you will provide assessment and counseling to individuals, couples, and families, offering both in-person and virtual sessions to address psychosocial needs and promote behavioral health.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, crisis triage, maintaining accurate records, collaborating with healthcare providers, and advocating for patients. You will work under the Clinical Director and support a team committed to ethical, professional, and trauma-informed care.
Qualifications include a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling or Social Work, licensure (LMHP, LIMHP, or LCSW), with preferred trauma-informed experience. Compensation ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 plus bonuses, with benefits like health insurance, PTO, training, and retirement plans.
