Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)

Job Description

We are a growing provider of psychiatric and psycho-social services in long-term care, supporting over 600 facilities across multiple states, with expanding operations. Currently, we have openings for *Fully Licensed* Clinical Social Workers (LMSW) interested in geriatric behavioral health, in Lansing, MI.

Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive evaluations, diagnosis, and providing individual, group, and family therapy to nursing home residents, typically seeing 10-15 patients daily. The role involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring documentation compliance with Medicare guidelines, and delivering direct clinical care.

Qualifications:
