Outpatient Therapist

Job Description

We are seeking an Outpatient Therapist to provide compassionate mental health services focused on substance use disorders.

Conduct individual and group therapy using evidence-based practices.

Develop and adjust personalized treatment plans.

Assess client progress and facilitate support groups.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.

Maintain accurate documentation and educate clients on recovery resources.

Engage in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in a related field, valid licensure (LCSW, LPC, etc.), and at least 1 year of addiction counseling experience.
