Seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a Per-diem role in a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital setting in San Francisco.
Responsibilities include assessment, treatment, and program planning for adult patients with complex medical needs such as tracheostomies, mechanical ventilation, and dysphagia. The role involves managing communication and swallowing therapies, including support for ventilator-dependent patients and conducting MBSS or FEES assessments.
Qualifications include a valid state license, a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP or in progress, and ASHA membership. Preferred candidates have experience in acute or LTACH environments, FEES certification, and strong interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
Offering $55-$72/hr, with 40 hours/week, benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and paid time off. This in-person position requires regular attendance and effective communication skills.
