Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join a residential treatment center focused on helping adolescent boys (13–18) with severe anxiety and OCD.
Provide individual, family, and group therapy, developing personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the team.
Maintain a safe environment, communicate progress with support systems, and participate in community activities.
Support staff in implementing treatment and contribute feedback on student progress.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree, Utah licensure (e.g., Ph.D., CMHC, LCSW, LMFT), experience with adolescents preferred, and a valid driver’s license.

Work is in-person at Huntsville, UT, with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts. Salary ranges from $65,000 to $85,000 annually.
