Job Description

We are seeking a licensed mental health professional in New Mexico to join our positive, supportive team in Albuquerque.

Provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy via in-person and telehealth.

Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and utilize techniques like CBT, EMDR, DBT, and IFS.

Handle crisis interventions and maintain confidential records.

Work a flexible schedule with at least 31 hours weekly, including 30 client hours.

Supportive admin team and supervision included.

Full-time role offering $62,000/year, 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, and professional development.

Ideal candidates possess counseling experience, strong data analysis skills, and crisis intervention proficiency. New graduates are welcome.
