Licensed Clinician

Job Description

Seeking a full-time licensed clinician to provide mental health support at a residential facility for adolescents aged 12-18 with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED).

Responsibilities include clinical care coordination, facilitating treatment team meetings, collaborating with community providers, conducting screenings, intake, admission planning, developing service plans, documenting progress, discharge planning, and leading groups. The role involves community work at family homes and partnering with family peer advocates.

Requirements include a valid NYS driver’s license, background check, and licensure as an LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC. The position offers day and evening hours, with some on-call duties, and may involve flexible scheduling. It is an in-person role with a competitive salary of $70,000-$75,000 annually and benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and parental leave.
