Job Description

Full-time licensed clinician position within a partial program, offering Monday–Friday day shifts with no on-call, weekends, or overnights.

  • Provides individual, family, and group counseling, develops treatment plans, and performs case management.
  • Conducts assessments, maintains clinical documentation, and participates in team meetings and clinical in-services.
  • Acts as a liaison with external organizations, advocates for clients, and maintains community resource familiarity.
  • Supervises interns, transports clients, and supports daily program operations.

    • Qualifications include a Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field, with at least three years of relevant experience, and active licensure (LAC, LSW, LPC, or LCSW).

    Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and in teams, and commitment to ongoing professional development are required.
