Seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with

  • an accredited degree, current North Carolina license (PA-C or NP), CAQ, and CPR certification.
  • Minimum one year of primary care experience functioning at full scope.
  • Strong community health commitment, excellent interpersonal and critical thinking skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Must demonstrate initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision-making aligned with organizational mission.
