Job Description

We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (part-time or full-time) for primary care in a rural outpatient setting.

  • Perform physical exams, diagnose, and develop treatment plans.
  • Order tests, interpret results, and prescribe medications.
  • Educate patients on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care.
  • Manage patient records electronically and coordinate referrals.
  • Provide flexible care for both sick and chronic patients.
  • Maintain current medical knowledge and support research initiatives.

    • Qualifications include active Texas licensure, relevant certification, 2-4 years of primary care experience, and strong communication skills. Benefits are negotiable, with options for part-time or full-time hours, including one day per week at a rural clinic. References are required.
