Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated High-Risk Breast Nurse Practitioner to join our specialized breast health team. This role involves providing advanced nursing care, coordinating complex treatment plans, and supporting patients with high-risk breast conditions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient advocacy, expertise in breast cancer risk assessment, and experience managing intricate clinical scenarios.


Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories, physical exams, and risk evaluations.
  • Developing and implementing personalized care plans with multidisciplinary teams, following current guidelines.
  • Educating patients on genetic testing, screening, lifestyle modifications, and preventive strategies.

    • Qualifications:

  • Valid Nurse Practitioner license, with oncology or related certification preferred.
  • Experience in high-risk breast care, genetic counseling, and risk assessment tools.
  • Proficiency with Epic; critical care experience such as ICU or trauma background is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills for patient education.
