Job Description
The Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides comprehensive personal care and wellness support to residents in a nursing home setting.
Attend to residents’ needs such as grooming, hygiene, nutrition, mobility, elimination, and safety based on individual care plans. Support residents in self-care and assist those unable to care for themselves. Follow infection control, sanitation, and safety standards consistently. Build meaningful relationships to promote residents’ psychosocial well-being. Work collaboratively under the supervision of professional nurses, taking initiative to ensure holistic care. Requirements include CNA certification, strong communication skills, compassion, and flexibility for various shifts.
