Seeking a licensed APRN to join a growing pediatric practice in Tallahassee, FL.

Ideal candidate is detail-oriented, pediatric-focused, and passionate about patient care. The team includes 5 MDs and 7 APRNs. The position offers a flexible, session-based schedule Monday through Friday, with mornings, afternoons, and select evenings, working 4-6 sessions per week with optional additional sessions. Compensation ranges from $53,000 to $83,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) matching, health, dental, life insurance, paid time off, and a flexible schedule.

Requirements include an active APRN license in Florida and a Master’s degree. Pediatric or Family Medicine Nurse Practitioners are welcome. The role is in-person, part-time, and provides a dynamic environment focused on quality pediatric care.
