We are seeking an experienced RN Manager to lead our Home Care team, overseeing clinical operations and ensuring quality patient care.
Lead and supervise nursing staff, coordinate care plans, and oversee assessments, medication administration, and infection control. Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and maintain accurate documentation, including EMR/EHR systems. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, support staff training, and promote a culture of safety. Support specialized care areas such as dementia, behavioral health, and geriatrics. Ideal candidates have leadership experience in home health or community settings, with extensive nursing knowledge and proficiency in managing diverse patient populations.
