Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider to join a Nephrology and dialysis team.

  • Provide direct patient care in dialysis settings, including assessments and physical exams.
  • Assist in managing patients with chronic kidney disease and on dialysis.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, educate patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Work in a supportive environment with supervision available from Nephrology providers.

    • Requirements include an active VA Medical license, DEA certification, and strong communication skills. Nephrology experience is preferred but not mandatory.
