We are a private orthopedic and musculoskeletal care practice in Redding, CA, seeking board-certified or eligible orthopedic surgeons to join our collaborative team.

Our multidisciplinary group offers services including orthopedics, sports medicine, podiatry, pain management, chiropractic, and physical therapy, supporting surgeons in developing their practices fully.

Opportunities include ancillary income (PT, DME, real estate, ASC investments) and optional hospital call to enhance earnings.

The role is full-time with a first-year salary of $300,000–$400,000, with partnership and productivity-based income potential after one year.

Requirements include California medical license and willingness to work in a private practice environment.
