Job Description

We are seeking a part-time Psychiatrist for an acute detox clinic in Tucson, AZ, to provide specialized psychiatric care for patients undergoing substance withdrawal.

Responsibilities include conducting psychiatric evaluations, managing dual diagnosis cases, prescribing medications and MAT, leading crisis interventions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe patient stabilization and discharge planning.

Qualifications required are an MD or DO, active Arizona medical license, board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry, DEA registration, PMP enrollment, and Arizona-specific training (opioid CME, MATE Act, fingerprint clearance).
