Seeking a social-justice oriented Family Physician to provide comprehensive care in a community health setting in Marin City. This role involves direct patient care, care-team development, quality improvement, and population health management, with an emphasis on health equity for vulnerable populations.

Responsibilities include developing clinical programs, collaborating with specialists, contributing to quality management, and offering health education and follow-up. The position requires a valid CA medical license, board certification eligibility, and experience with electronic health records; Spanish proficiency and community health background are assets.
